By using UFONITE (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

The Service is a free, anonymous platform for sharing UFO / UAP sightings on a real-time world map.

2. Eligibility

• The Service is open to anyone without login.
• Users under 13 must use the Service only with parental consent.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit knowingly false sightings.
• Violate the privacy, likeness, copyright, or other rights of others.
• Post illegal, harmful, discriminatory, sexual, or violent content.
• Use the Service for spam, advertising, solicitation, or fraud.
• Disrupt the Service (mass posting, automation, reverse engineering, etc.).
• Harass or defame other users.

4. Content Rights

• You retain copyright in the photos, videos, and comments you submit.
• You grant UFONITE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for the purpose of operating, distributing, and promoting the Service.
• For takedown requests, contact us via Settings → CONTACT.

5. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us via Settings → CONTACT (Instagram / X DM) with the following. A dedicated email channel is being set up.

• Your name and contact information
• URL of the allegedly infringing content
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized agent

We will act on valid notices promptly.

6. Content Removal

We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

• We make no warranty as to the truthfulness or accuracy of submitted sightings.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
• The Service may be suspended, modified, or discontinued without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located at the operator's domicile as the court of first instance.

9. Changes

These Terms may be revised without prior notice. Material changes will be announced inside the Service.
